My experience at Carbase Bristol was positive because Joe made it painless as always. Bought 5 cars from him now. Only downside is the waiting around and time taken to get the purchase made.

All in all a good experience with the purchase of my car. John was very good. After I paid for the car, the wait and then to complete all the paperwork took a long time. I'm sure this feedback is very common.

Carbase Lympsham were great because of good sales and after sales experience. However, the mechanics miss some of the repairs before selling the car.

The experience at Carbase Bristol was fantastic because the salesman was great, however it took 1 hour 45 minutes to collect my car when I had an appointment, no finance, no extras.

The site, choice of cars, presentation was very good. Our sales assistant Moe was very good also, he was professional friendly, gave us all the information to let us make our choices which we really liked, he did all of this on top of getting to grips with a new system, downside is such a lengthy process, not the sales guy fault but carbases process - we arrived at 1.30 and didn't leave until 5pm for which what should have been a quick straightforward sale, A LOT of waiting around in-between different steps, finance, handover etc which would put me off visiting again to buy another car, I would recommend to friends and family but only on basis if they wanted to spend over 4 hours purchasing a car, would have been much better and quicker for all involved including the sales person if it was all dealt with in one go, I understand the aim is probably to free up sales people from doing a lot of paperwork but in reality it just does not work

Just the speed of the transaction was very slow, especially as I was keen to leave to visit a relative in hospital. Could have all been slicker. Nice staff though, professional attitude.
